How do I get a digital product?
Digital items aren't shipped. After your payment is confirmed you'll get an email with a secure download link for each file — no courier, no shipping fee. The link expires after a while, so download and back up your files. Custom avatars are drawn to order, so those arrive once the artwork's done.
Who delivers my order and how long does it take?
Inside Morocco I ship with Amana (Barid Al-Maghrib): 2–5 business days after handling. Internationally I use DHL Express: about 3–7 business days to Europe and 5–12 to the rest of the world, fully tracked. Handling (making and packing) takes 2–4 business days for ready-to-ship pieces and longer for custom work.
Is everything really made by one person?
Yes. I draw, print, spray and ship every order myself. That's why some things take a little longer — and why every piece is genuinely one of a kind.
How do custom avatars work?
Send me a photo through the Ask Me form and I'll hand-draw a one-of-one Poponi character in my style. You get HD, print-ready files, and can add it to a tee.
What sizes do you carry?
Tees and hoodies come in S–XL. Prints come in A3 and A2. If you need something outside that, ask me.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, or with a debit or credit card — a PayPal account isn't required for card payments.
