Where I ship
I ship across Morocco and internationally. Local orders usually move faster since everything leaves from the medina.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship pieces (tees, hoodies, prints) are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom avatars and made-to-order items take longer — I'll always give you a timeline before I start.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, expect roughly:
- Morocco: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Cash on delivery is available for orders inside Morocco.
Returns & exchanges
If a ready-made item doesn't fit or arrives faulty, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition for a refund or exchange. Custom and made-to-order pieces (including custom avatars) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
To start a return, email me at hello@poponi.ma with your order number and a photo if it's a fault.
