Where I ship
I ship across Morocco and internationally. Local orders usually move faster since everything leaves from the medina.
Digital products
Digital items — custom avatars, downloadable prints and files — aren't shipped. There's no shipping cost on them, and if your order is digital-only there's nothing to deliver by courier.
Once your payment is confirmed you'll get an email with a secure download link for each digital file. The link is personal to you and expires after a while, so save your files somewhere safe. Custom avatars are hand-drawn to order, so those files land once the artwork is finished (see processing time below).
Processing / handling time
Handling is the time I need to make and pack your order before the courier picks it up.
- Ready-to-ship pieces (tees, hoodies, prints): dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Custom avatars & made-to-order pieces: usually 5–10 business days to create — I'll always confirm a timeline before I start.
- Ready-made digital files: available to download straight after payment is confirmed.
Who delivers your order
Inside Morocco I ship with Amana (Barid Al-Maghrib) for nationwide, trackable delivery.
Internationally I ship with DHL Express — fully tracked door-to-door. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed over.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched (i.e. after the handling time above), expect roughly:
- Morocco: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Inside Morocco it's €4.00, and free on orders of €80.00 or more. International orders are a flat €15.00. Digital-only orders ship free — there's nothing physical to send.
Every order is paid at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
If a ready-made physical item doesn't fit or arrives faulty, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition for a refund or exchange. Custom and made-to-order pieces (including custom avatars) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. Digital products can't be returned once the download link has been sent.
Returns are by mail only — there's no shop counter or drop-off point. Return postage is deducted from your refund and matches what it costs to send the piece back to the medina: €4.00 inside Morocco with Amana (Barid Al-Maghrib), €15.00 internationally with DHL Express. That fee is waived completely if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered.
