What I collect
To process orders and requests, I may collect:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone)
- Shipping and billing address
- Order details and any brief you send for custom work
- Basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used
How I use it
Your information is used to fulfil and deliver orders, answer your messages, and occasionally — only if you opt in — to let you know about new drops.
Who sees it
Only me and the services I need to run the shop (payment processor, shipping carrier, email tools). They only get what's needed to do their job, and nothing more.
Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct, or delete the data I hold about you at any time. Just email hello@poponi.ma.
Data retention
I keep order records only as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons, then delete them.
