Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. I confirm your order by email once it's accepted. I may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (DH) and may change over time. Payment is taken at checkout, except where cash on delivery applies.
Intellectual property
All artwork, characters, and designs are created by and belong to Poponi. Buying a piece doesn't transfer those rights. Please don't reproduce or resell the artwork without permission.
Custom work
For commissions, we'll agree on the brief and timeline before I start. Custom pieces are non-refundable once work begins, unless they arrive damaged or differ from what we agreed.
Liability
I do my best to describe every piece accurately, but colors can vary slightly between screens and print. To the extent allowed by law, Poponi isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses.
