Eligibility
Ready-made items returned within 14 days in unworn, original condition qualify for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Custom & made-to-order
Because custom avatars and made-to-order pieces are created just for you, they're non-refundable once work has started — unless they arrive damaged or differ from what we agreed.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of me receiving the returned item. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@poponi.ma within 7 days with photos and I'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
