Eligibility
Ready-made physical items returned within 14 days in unworn, original condition qualify for a refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is deducted from the refund — €4.00 inside Morocco, €15.00 internationally. Both are waived — and you get the full amount back — if the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Digital products
Digital items (downloadable files and custom avatars) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, since they can't be returned. If a file is corrupted or you got the wrong one, email me and I'll fix it or re-send it.
Custom & made-to-order
Because custom avatars and made-to-order pieces are created just for you, they're non-refundable once work has started — unless they arrive damaged or differ from what we agreed.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of me receiving the returned item. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. There's no restocking fee — the only deduction on a change-of-mind return is return postage (€4.00 inside Morocco, €15.00 internationally).
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email poponi@poponi.shop within 7 days with photos and I'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.
